Always wondering if this is safe for my children. Well vitamins are no different. I even read the label on vitamins. And I did it, I have finally found a whole food complex multi Vitamin that is organic. No refined sugar in it, made with organic ingredients.

New Chapter Orgnic has come out with this great new vitamin called Every Kid. I was a little worried at first because it seems my kids never like the taste of something that is good for them. But Every Kid is a Multi Vitamin Power Pouch.

We added this to our morning juice and the kids loved them. They thought they tasted great and I was happy because they were getting the vitamins they needed.

The kids like the power pouches better then the regular vitamins because they can add it to their drink and then they don’t even taste it.

We tried the mixed berry flavor and I even like the taste of it.

So if you are looking for that vitamin that taste great but more importantly is organic then you must try Every Kid. For more information on this and other products you can visit http://www.newchapter.com/

This book, written by a nutritionist and a pediatrician, covers child obesity, diseases and disorders, nutritional guidelines for different age groups and how parents can put all this in place for a healthy child.

Child obesity has become a major concern all over the world. Although I am thanking my lucky stars I have not had to deal with this problem, I do have a friend who is fighting this with her child though and I wanted to try and help her. When I saw this book and that it was written by two professionals in the field I decided to buy it for her. She has thanked me every day since.

I have read over some of this book. It is well written and leaves nothing to wonder. From how child obesity can cause disease and disorders in a child that can last the rest of their lives to how to handle an obese child, this book really does cover it all.

The chapters in this book break down all the problems of childhood obesity. From an overview to how parents can put these ideas in place, you won’t miss anything. There is even a section on how parents can find a routine for their child and then put it in place and make it stick.

It breaks down children in age groups. I thought this was pretty important because what may work for my friend whose child is a teenager won’t work for someone who has a 4 year old. It also helped in explaining how depression and obesity go together especially in teenagers. This brought to light for my friend why her child was so withdrawn and how food played a part in that.

This book has helped my friend and her family. They have found a common ground and it seems to be working for them. Whether it’s your child or someone else’s child that is going through child obesity I think this book will help. It’s straight forward, easy to comprehend and gives you a lot of insight into the whys of child obesity. When it comes to the children of world we need to be educated and ready for anything. This book will definitely give you that in one of the most important aspects of a child’s life – their health.

The foods covered in this eGuide include:

This product is very easy to read and I love the audio part. Diana’s advice is very reasonable and I see how I can start making small changes that will work towards making a big difference in my overall health.

This book is for so many people since most of us have found ourselves craving foods like sugars, breads, chocolate, salty foods and many more. Diana knows her stuff and it really shines through when you read the eBook and listen to the audio. As someone who constantly struggles with chocolate and sugar cravings there I now have a clear, action plan to make sure I am getting the nutrition I need and not eating junk food all the time.

Craving Secrets comes with the eBook, an audio and some bonuses. The first thing I did was listen to the audio and it’s great to know that Diana has so much experience and that she really knows what she is talking about. I love how the eBook is easy to scroll through and find the foods that I have cravings with and find out why they are addictive, how they affect my health and reasonable steps I can take to start conquering the cravings and feeling better.

I’ve spent so much money on products to help me lose weight but I’ve always focused on the exercise part of it. Diana has made me realize that starting with nutrition is the best way to get started and that I need to first take control of the foods that are holding me back. The best thing is I don’t need to buy an expensive gym membership or equipment. Craving Secrets is a great value for the price and the steps to take to conquer cravings are equally low cost, free or very reasonable (like buying more veggies from the grocery store!).

Cons: Honestly I’m not all that interested in nutrition and some parts I find to be a bit dry and boring. I think this could be spruced up and keep me more interested if there were some pictures and graphics.
