I just purchased this DVD for my youngest son and he loves it! It took him a little while to realize that one of Santa’s elves was actually him.
The cartoon’s story line was cute and we enjoyed watching it, especially seeing my son’s face appear throughout the story.
The one thing that this personalized DVD lacks is the use of your child’s name in the story. They mention “you” instead. If they added this feature I would give it 10 stars.
When ordering this product they ask you for your child’s name, I was assuming that they would be adding it verbally to the cartoon, but my son’s name is added to the DVD’s label as well as in the beginning of the credits.
Overall, it’s a great product and I don’t think my son even notices that they aren’t saying his name, it’s just an adult thing I guess.
